Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and klng1 ("klng1", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the klng1 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at klng1.org and any associated mobile interfaces. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the klng1 platform in any capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated programs, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you comply with local laws before using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of klng1 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have an active self-exclusion in place that covers the type of gambling activity you intend to engage in on the Platform.

klng1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. If a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age or identity, klng1 may suspend the account and withhold any withdrawals pending verification. Any deposits made to an ineligible account will be refunded to the original payment method after deducting applicable processing costs.

2. Account Registration and KYC

Requirements for creating and maintaining a verified klng1 account.

You must update your account information promptly if any of the details change. klng1 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep account details current, including losses resulting from OTP delivery to an outdated mobile number.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Rules governing the movement of funds into and out of your klng1 account.

klng1 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's primary mobile financial service providers and selected bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in any other currency are not supported. klng1 does not accept deposits from credit cards, international wire transfers, or unregistered third-party accounts.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. klng1 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with prior notice.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless klng1 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud.
• Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. klng1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile wallet provider or bank in connection with deposits or withdrawals. klng1 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though this may change with prior notice.
• Deposits made using fraudulent or stolen payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. klng1 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies on all fraud-related matters.

klng1 does not offer credit to players. All gameplay must be funded from cleared account balances. Players may not use borrowed funds, credit lines, or funds obtained from third parties by deception to fund their klng1 account.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Terms governing all bonus offers and promotional incentives available on the klng1 platform.

klng1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be displayed at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms will prevail for matters covered by those terms, and these general Terms will govern all remaining matters.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion. klng1 uses a combination of account data, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to identify and prevent multi-accounting for bonus purposes.
• klng1 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, coordinated bonus farming, or any other behaviour that klng1 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion unless explicitly marked as wagering-free. Winnings from free spins awarded without a specific wagering requirement are credited directly to the real-money balance.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Standards of conduct expected of all players during gameplay on the klng1 platform.

All games on the klng1 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated by live dealer studios providing real-time human-dealt games. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are not modifiable by klng1. Players accept that gambling involves risk and that they may lose the entirety of their deposited funds. Past results do not predict future outcomes on any game.

• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, exploit, or mechanical device to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent the Platform's normal operation, including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, hole-carding software, or RNG prediction tools.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error in a game that causes an incorrect payout to be made, klng1 reserves the right to correct the error and reclaim any funds erroneously credited. klng1 will notify the affected player and provide a full explanation of the correction.
• Game outcomes that are disputed by a player must be reported to klng1 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. klng1 will review the game logs and provide a written determination within 5 business days. The outcome of this review is final.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket). In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, klng1's settlement rules for that specific market will apply as stated in the sportsbook rules section.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Actions that are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the klng1 platform. klng1 actively monitors for prohibited conduct and reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspension or permanent closure of an account and forfeiture of all balances, upon detecting or reasonably suspecting any of the following:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for any reason including bonus harvesting.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, or perform any platform action that a human player would normally perform manually.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any multiplayer game format to gain an advantage over the house or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source. klng1 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without notifying the account holder in advance.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, abusive language, or discriminatory conduct toward klng1 staff, other players, or live dealer presenters via any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

klng1 will report any conduct it is legally obligated to report to law enforcement, financial regulators, or other competent authorities, and will cooperate fully with any investigation. Account closure resulting from prohibited conduct will not entitle the player to a refund of any deposited amounts that formed part of the prohibited conduct.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Circumstances under which klng1 or the player may suspend or close an account.

klng1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where klng1 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms.
• Where a player has requested a self-exclusion and klng1 is implementing that exclusion in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
• Where klng1 is required to close the account by operation of law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be refunded to the player's last verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

klng1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. klng1 shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled maintenance downtime, unscheduled outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events including acts of God, strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

10. Intellectual Property

Ownership of content, trademarks, and software on the klng1 platform.

All content on the klng1 platform, including but not limited to the klng1 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, software, game assets supplied by klng1 (as distinct from assets owned by third-party game providers), and any compilations thereof, are the intellectual property of klng1 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from Platform content without klng1's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Amendments to These Terms

How and when klng1 may update these Terms and Conditions.

klng1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, klng1 will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or to address an urgent security or legal matter. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
